I've seen posts complaining about Sett's jungle clear and mid/late game, and I don't see why people are dissatisfied with jungle Sett. His early game and late game clears are all fine, and he has good utility. With the right items, his AA damage can through the roof and he can burst someone down along with a good sustain and disengage.
He can easily ambush someone and burst them down with items like Divine Sunderer (for the boosted Q effect) or Prowlers Claw (sandswipe for gap closing, left, right, q, q, then e when they try to run away). Though your W will do less damage, your AA's will do plenty of damage. Besides, his W is good for a disengage. Going lethality instead of bruiser build would make clear times faster, no?
As for clear:
Starting Red for the HP regen and then doing a full clear of red side should be easy for Sett. You can probably clear it in a reasonable time without worrying about HP. Just take Q and remember to use it to reset your auto attacks, then take E for the good AoE. Remember to set yourself up in between the jungle monsters so you can get that stun. Save smite for raptors. You should probably be able to get wolves then blue in time for scuttle, which you can easily contest and win if you have smite.
Dragon and Scuttle Sett can easily solo past level 6, due to his excellent HP regen and sustain.

I’m getting ready to sign up for the required courses to obtain licensing in Washington state, but before I sign up, I have been trying to get ahold of the official real estate office (from the DOL WA website) and have been unable to get through. I’ve tried emailing and phoning to no avail. I have have two questions and I’m hoping someone here can help.
- Do I need to be a resident and/or have a Washington drivers license in order to obtain and practice as a real estate agent in the state?
- I’m currently in my 3rd year of college. Would any of my college courses substitute the required 90 hours of approved real estate education?
Additionally, I have reached out to my prospective mentor who isn’t sure if I’m required to be a resident or hold a state specific drivers license and told me to inquire with the official office. I’m not sure if this question comes up often, so I do not fault him in not knowing and frankly, wouldn’t expect him to know (he has been amazing and helpful thus far).
I apologize for the long post and would appreciate any help. Thanks!
